A Dallas native, Jennifer holds a degree in culinary arts from the prestigious Art Institute of Dallas and a degree in hospitality management from the University of North Texas. Additional training in visual arts and music assists Jennifer in the creation of desserts both artistic and imaginative. |
| Jennifer has worked closely with first-class pastry and dessert chefs at Neiman Marcus, Eatzi’s, Taco & Dunia Borga, La Duni and Star Canyon restaurant owned by Chef Stephan Pyles. |
| Jennifer founded JenXCakes in 2005 and enjoys working directly with clients in order to bring sweet memories to the special occasions that help shape everyone’s lives. |
